Successfully managed two projects for Karnaphuly Gas Distribution Company Ltd. and Titas Gas Transmission Company Ltd. with the budget of US$32 million and US$175 million respectively and achieved the project completion goals. Provide project lifecycle leadership over all phases of enterprise-wide IT system implementation for diferent JICA funded government projects. Responsible for the implementation, administration and maintenance of virtual infrastructure located in U.S.A and Singapur datacenter using RHEV, ProxMox and Citrix Xen. Implemented failover clustered network in a datacenter and managed storage domain like ISCSI, NFS, DRBD, GlusterFS and Open-E cluster in SAN and NAS environment. Installed and managed Linux and Windows systems to run Web Hosting Panel (cPanel-WHM, Zpanel), eMail, DNS and MySQL/MariaDB database server with regular automated backup. Rectified many issues by instituting best practices in system log analysis, backups, user account/permissions management and systems/software auditing. Analyzed Cloud infrastructure of OpenStack multi-node services like Keystone, Nova, Glance, Cinder, and Neutron with installation, configuration and administration. Analyzed enterprise security technologies such as NGFW, WAF, Email Security, Endpoint Security and DLP using diferent vendors like SOPHOS, WatchGuard, Forcepoint. Successfully completed a project of Datacenter using Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) and SuperMicro Blade Server for TMSS Bangladesh.
Reengineered companys systems setup, establishing automated server monitoring routines, optimizing system performance, installing upgrades/patches, establishing system monitoring and maintaining security protocols. Oversaw customers computer networks and servers, which installed more than 8 datacenter and performed system maintenance on software, hardware and configurations when needed. Created a company-wide automated backup of all network settings and essential data and recovered information in various locations during system crashes. Corrected server configuration problems, wrote scripts to ensure smooth server/reboot functioning and assisted with a variety of Linux and Windows based inquiries and concerns.
