-Performing Daily Site Inspections to ensure compliance with Shop Drawings & Specifications.
- Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and
equipment and report findings.
- Attending to client or customer MEP requests and complaints during DLP.
- Perform MEP Snagging and De-Snagging during handing over period.
- Monitoring and supervising the Progress and Performance of main Contractor and sub-contractors.
- follow up with government inspections and applications (DEWA, Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
- Drafting BOQ’s and assigning sub-contractors based on cost, quality, delivery time.
- Review Shop Drawings, RFI’s, Material Submittals and any other Technical Submittals.
- Report Progress Updates and Technical Issues to Project Manager.
- Overseeing Site’s Safety and Quality Control aspects adhering to Specifications.
General Supervision of the construction site “Site Control & Management”.
- Organizing all related site manpower resources, equipments and facilities to meet the agreed projects’
milestones “Resource Planning”.
- Carrying out and managing meetings with subcontractors, consultants & clients to insure the compliance
of project requirements.
- Implementing on site Quality & Safety controls by ensuring the required regulations are followed &
maintained and as per company’s standards “QHSE Assurance & Control”.
- Reviewing & analyzing drawings prior to execution according to project’s standards.
- Preparing the progress reports for management.
- Ensuring all governmental related approvals, permissions, submittals, and requirements of the project
are secured and met “on-time” “Governmental Relations”.
- Managing RFQ’s and negotiating technical data to ensure best quality of products.
- Coordination with different stakeholders to ensure a timely execution, while meeting the specifications.
- Creating a good relationship with suppliers and insuring deliveries are done in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with different departments to solve any arising issue that may cause a delay in critical path
activities.
