We has been appointed by Department of Transport to carry out the Parking Survey Services for 47 sectors inside Abu Dhabi Island. The total targeted survey area is 16, 439, 732 m2 comprising 131, 217 meter long of asphalted streets and 4, 890 plots or buildings.
Technical services include parking count to determine supply and demand for legal and illegal on-street parking, plot land use and buildings content survey, turnover survey for parking hotpots.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Senior Teller, Bank Of Jordan, Amman-Jordan, November 2007 to November 2012 Main Duties:
• Ensure the correct receipt / payment of cash and accurately credit /debit the customer’s account
• Accept cash and checks for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip
• Accepts checks for cashing; verifies endorsements and acceptability; makes change
• Process cash withdrawals
• Customer service tasks which may include providing account balances, transferring funds, tracking deposits and various record changes. Receive and verify loan payments, mortgage payments and utility bill payments
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
In addition to the current position, I have been assigned previously to other to duties such as :
• Exchange currency and foreign transaction
• ECC.
• ATM ‘s Management and Maintenance (using and fixing errors)
• Customer Service ( opening account, loans, credit, debt and prepaid cards)
