Work Experience:
( Café supervisor 3 year experience in Jawad Business Group Irbil Iraq from October 2014 to November 2017) Costa Coffee and Dairy Queen
Key holder responsibilities including opening up and closing down and ensuring the café is secure at all times
Setting up and managing the café each day
Attending team, front of house and staff meetings as appropriate
Willingness to attend training as appropriate
The café supervisor oversees the front of house assistants, kitchen coordinator and kitchen assistant
Manage staff rota, hours, holidays and wage sheets
Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are met at all times
Ensure that café staff provide a warm and welcoming environment and that customer service is efficient and outstanding
Maintain excellent levels of communication with the café team and broader Spike Island team
Train and direct Front of House assistants and any additional staff
Be responsible for cleaning rota, deep clean of café area and completion of daily records for health and safety
Be responsible for repair and maintenance of café equipment and machinery

Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
Receive and process customer payments.
Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.
Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
Take out garbage.
Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers.
Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.
Create signs to advertise store products or events.
Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso machines.
Prepare or serve menu items, such as sandwiches or salads.
Set up or restock product displays.
Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts, or meats for use in food service
