• Technical Review of Vendor drawing, Packages as per the Codes & Standards.
• Experience in Construction/ Design of Pipeline/ Piping systems for Petrochemical industries and Oil & Gas.
• Develop and maintain functional responsibility for all construction and completions personnel in PMC.
• To attend inspection as requested by the Contractor’s (RFI’s).
• Report Generating- Rout Survey, Clearing & Grading, Stringing, Mainline Welding, Coating, Trenching, Lowering, Back Filling.
• Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Sub Contractor progress reports.
• Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Conversant with Various international Standards ASME, ASTM, API & Client Standards (KOC).
• Prepare mechanical man hour estimate to perform project tasks.
• Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
• Responsible for counter checking by Isometric Pipeline/ Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment, and plumpness.
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed Piping systems in the module.
• Familiar in Preparing Material Specifications & Valves and Special parts & Data sheets.
• Oversee piping and layout design specification and construction standards.
• Review and analysis of proponents on piping operations problems such as isolation and leaks repairs.
• Review job specifications for piping fabrication, inspection, hydro test, commissioning and start up procedures piping systems.

• Checking the Isometric drawing with respect to Pipeline/Piping GAD’s, P&ID, Equipment Drawing and Instrument hook-up drawings.

•Preparing detail engineering drawing such as Plot Plan, Piping route layout drawing and Piping General Arrangement drawing in coordination with other disciplines.
•Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
