ASTAD Project Management is a development project which provides development and deployment and integration of Identity and access functionality to integrated application of ASTAD Project Management. The key technologies for this project are Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory. My responsibilities are:-
● Installation and configuration of Oracle Identity Manager
● Installation and configuration of Oracle Access Manager
● Installation and configuration of Oracle Internet Directory
● Installation and configuration Web Gate
● Integration of different application with Oracle Identity Manager
● Integration of different application with Oracle Access manager
● Preparation of Design and System requirement specifications
● Collaborate with different team for the requirement gathering

Client: - Vodafone Americas
Vodafone IDAM-Apollo is a development project which provides development and deployment and integration of Identity and access functionality to integrated application of Vodafone. Client: - Chrysler LLC
Chrysler IAM is a support project which provides Identity and access functionality to the integrated application of Chrysler LLC. The key technologies for this project are Site minder and LDAP, WAP, SPS, Ping Federation. My responsibilities were:-
•Manage and support the IAM team from offshore location.
•Manage Siteminder r6.0 to r12.5 upgrade project
•Manage LDAP and Policy server build and refresh
•Supervising the installation and maintenance of required computer hardware, software and networking facilities to enable team members to work effectively at offshore location.
•Manage Integration of new web application with Siteminder to provide Single Sign On functionality
• Implement and monitor service level agreements with staff and customers, ensuring compliance and quick resolution of specific issues. Achieved 99% system availability and 98% customer satisfaction for three years.
•Communicate regularly with senior management and both technical and non-technical personnel to build effective cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy, consistency, and problem solving and on time project completion.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings, individual consulting, and yearly performance evaluations to motivate team members and foster a cohesive work environment
•Providing support to existing applications
•Provide and mange the team to provide support and maintenance to siteminder policy servers, policystore, keystores and LDAP and other day to day issue/s
•Supervising the tasks of IAM Team
