•Setting Audit plan based on Risk assessment.
•Design audit programs based on Analytical audit procedures and through customization the integrated internal audit software.
•Conduct the internal audit engagement.
•Report the Engagement Findings & observations to internal audit manager.
•Fallow up the correction actions based on Management response.
•Coordinate with the external Auditors in reviewing the financial statements.
•Conduct financial and operational and compliance engagements.
• Conduct special engagements such as cash count & inventory stock count.
•Coordinate with the external auditors for financial statements review.
• Collecting time cards and time sheets and viewing online punches to calculate the number of hours each employee worked during each pay period.
• Making sure the correct hourly wage or salary is entered into the formula to calculate wages.
• Local taxes, as well as Social Security are calculated and withheld from each employee's wages. There may also be other withholdings required, such as insurance, other deductions.
• Have the responsibility of calculating, including and withholding taxes from any employee commissions and bonuses
• Supervise & Implement ERP Solution (GP10) for Payroll Module.
• Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information.
• Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts.
• Preparing profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Establishing, maintaining, and coordinating the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Supervise & Implement ERP Solution MS Dynamic Great Plan.(GP10)
