Technical Office, Project Manager / Resident Engineer
Land Development including Earth Work, Trenching, Exterior Improvements, Unit Paving, Roads, Landscaping ( Grading & Plant ) with all underground Utilities ( Potable Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Water, Irrigation, Street & Exterior lighting network and telecommunication).
Classical Trench Pipes installation And Trenchless Installation Method, Ductile Iron Pipe Class C30 and C40 and K9 Class, various diameter, HDPE pipes various diameter and house connections, air valves, Washout, service vales, network Node points, Pressure Test, Flushing, Bacteriologic, Reinstatement and Asphalt Work
Duties & Responsibility :
-Revision Contract Documents, Contract Specifications, Bill of Quantities .
-Revision Contract Design Drawing, Coordination Drawing, Shop Drawings and As Built Drawing.
- Report to Resident Engineer and Project Manager.
- Check up the Daily & Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Receive and Send Letters and Memo for the work at the Site.
- Receive and Send Request & Contract Documents from Contractor
- Execute and Supervise Construction activities of Works.
- Prepare and Review Contract Interim Payments
- Responsible about Consultant, contractor Staff Team.
- Closeout the all QA/QC, Safety issues.
- Dealing with client, consultants and contractors.
