- Control and execute all production activities on a daily basis across extrusion and
injection machines.
- Prepare and implement monthly and daily production plans; track output targets and
KPIs.
- Lead improvement studies in production and manufacturing of electrical switches,
sockets, and pipes.
- Supervise raw material trials (PC, LDPE, HDPE, etc.) on production lines; validate
results with QA.
- Control production objectives including machine output, scrap rates, and NCRs.
- Manage costs across materials, scrap, and consumables with a focus on reduction and
optimization.
- Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, SASO).
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, and Technical teams to resolve issues and maintain
flow.
- Prepare periodic reports and improvement studies as requested by management.
- Support implementation of TPM and root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
- Supervise manpower scheduling and performance.

- Controlling and executing all production related activities in the plant during shifts.
- Controlling material consumption rates during manufacturing.
- Coordinating with other departments (Maintenance, QC, Technical, etc…) to facilitate the completion of daily works.
- Preparing all periodical reports and improvement studies requested by management.
- Taking part in implementing TPM program.
- Scientifically analyzing NCR’s in order to eliminate the cause of these problems.
- Controlling and supervising manpower issues.

- Following the manufacturing process of wires and cables in term of machine productivity, material consumption and manpower distribution.
- Monitoring & controlling the implementation of planned programs: priorities & specification.
- Troubleshooting all problems related to manufacturing processes.
- Studying and justifying the production reports for all machines.
-Supervising manpower issues (duty scheduling, vacations, rest changes, training, evaluation and upgrading).
