Prepare Structural design of several residential buildings in Jenin city.
Position 1: Structural Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design of a buildings which considers architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical aspects "Integrated Design". (MORE THAN 15 PROJECTS)
• Preparing a Building Permit Application.
• Analysis and design reinforced concrete and steel structures considering gravity, wind and seismic loads.
• Analysis and design underground tanks, retaining walls, shallow and deep foundations (piles).
• Conducted structural designs to meet strength and deflection limit states of building codes.
• Preparation and co-ordination of design and/or detail drawings.
Position 2: Civil Site Engineer.
Project title: Al-Noor Mosque.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Monitoring Contractor works to ensure that the works are as per job specifications.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades.
• Preparing Bill of quantities and Quantity surveying.
• Preparing reports as required.
Project title: Sports Hall & Students Affairs.
Responsibilities:
•Conduct daily surveillance of Civil works and inspection in accordance to approved plans and standards.
•Preparing reports as required.
•Quantity surveying.
