Accomplishments:
• Hand-selected to manage E & Smart transformation program as well as building the E & Smart transformation strategic roadmap across the government.
• Instrumental in enabling delivery of better public services through Digital transformation, and sustaining its austerity drive to deliver ever more operational efficiencies.
• Played a key role in enabling the organization bag Silver Quality Award of SAP Quality Awards 2015 MENA in the Business Transformation Category for SAP implementation for government.
• Successfully rolled- out customized SAP/ERP Solutions for different government departments (Finance Dept., Municipality Dept. including (Building & Engineering, Town Planning, Land Sector, properties Mgmt.), Courts and Prosecution) covering the following:
- Business management solution for 410 business processes.
- E-Services implementation for 100 e-services.
- Enabled real-time data-access by implementing BI for financial, services and staff productivity dashboards.

• Steering development of new digitally-enabled business capabilities and establishing E & Smart transformation roadmap for government. Establishing guidelines for E & Smart services implementation.
• Facilitating government to be the digital leaders of the future, supporting its strategy towards smart transformation through E & Smart services program implementation.
• Shouldering onus for overall integrity and coherence of the Program. Directing program lifecycle right from initiation through closure for complex projects/ across multiple inter-dependent projects within a program.
• Proffering global technology vision, strategy and leadership for formulating, evaluating, and implementing SAP solutions for Government entities leveraging ASAP methodology.

- Established standards/guidelines for E & Smart transformation, planning & implementing backend system, electronic services, smart services and mobile apps, instituting plans for utilizing implemented services and solutions efficiently.
• Business Analysis and Process Re-engineering for Building and Engineering Department.
- Building & engineering management system to automate business processes (Consultant and Contractor Qualification Section, Permit Section, Supervision Section, Inspection Section, Advertising Section and Projects Section).
• Business Analysis and process re-engineering for Finance Department
- Process reengineering for business processes of RAK finance department

- Prepared detailed business requirements to be implemented in new system.

- Internet & intranet portals for Ministry of Social affairs including e-Services for both clients & internal employees.

- Effectively handled the internet portal for General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Dubai.
• Minors & Endowments Management System (MEMS)
- Led the Enterprise web application project for AWQAF and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF); application included two sections, such as Minors management and Endowments management.
• Properties & Investment Management System (PIMS)
- Led the Enterprise web application project for AWQAF and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF).
• Consultant Contractor Qualification Application (CCQA)
- Implemented J2EE Enterprise web application for pre-qualification section in building department of Dubai Municipality; the application enabled building department's users to submit online applications very easily as well as DM staff to process in alignment with the predefined workflow for each application.
• Building Permits & Control System (BPCS)
- Implemented J2EE Enterprise web application for building department in Dubai Municipality; the application assisted in enabling efficient operations of the Permit, Supervision and Inspection sections.
Accomplishments
• Harmonized and streamlined processes for Municipality - authored more than 1000 pages of business requirements.
• Significantly contributed to the building of the municipality’s Business Process Architecture capability and facilitate integrity between municipality business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Subject Matter Expert to uncover detailed technical and business requirements by conducting business analysis, process reengineering and proposing TO BE business processes.
• Bridged the gap between the business and technical delivery teams.
• Functioned as Business Architect for municipality solutions. Designed leading edge technical and bespoke solutions to automate the business processes.

Accomplishments
• Led planning and implementation of state-of-the-art business management solutions for properties management and endowment management in AMAF Dubai.
• Managed business analysis and requirements documentation for AMAF business processes and Ministry of social affairs.
• Entrusted to handle implementation of Dubai immigration portal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Steered a range of high-end technology project, administered project planning and implementation, tracked project execution, enabled changes to ensure project execution according to the project scope and budget.
• Spearheaded entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including preparing detailed technical specifications by conducting collaborative systems and business analysis, design, development and test plan reviews to the final delivery of quality code and post-production support.
• Acted as a conduit between delivery and business teams. Chaired weekly/monthly project status meetings with project stakeholders.
