Job Profile
⚫ Responsible for leading the designated area HSE Management.
⚫ Leading and monitoring all daily weekly & monthly HSE
activities.
⚫ Preparing Daily, weekly, monthly HSE activity reports.
⚫ Participate in the daily O&M meeting, PTW meeting, Start-up
meetings, Inspection, Joint walk thru.
⚫ Participate in risk assessment, JAS, Audits, walk down round,
and various audits as and when required
⚫ Coordination with Project and operations team for safe
Construction, erection, Pre-commissioning, Commission of
facility and safe execution of job.
⚫ Maintains all HSES statistics /SOPs/Statutory records
/regulatory documents/ Training
records/Incident/Accident/near miss reports, MOM etc. in
proper and accessible location.
⚫ Review HSE Plan, Method Statement and JHA
⚫ Lead RCA, QRA, JSA, HSE Statistics, PTW/LOTO Audit
⚫ Participate in HAZOP/HAZID, PSSR, MOC, and PHA.
Accomplishment
⚫ leaded TAM in Diesel, Naphtha, LPG, Reactor Unit with Zero LTI,
successful Start-up of Plant.
⚫ Developed and implemented Incident Reporting and
Investigation Procedures and assigned by Management as an
RCA Team Leader to track all RCA’s and RCA
Recommendations.
⚫ Investigated the Near Miss Incidents, Fire Accident, Vehicular
Accidents, Property Damage Incidents and Workforce
Disciplinary Incidents with proper appropriate corrective and
preventive measures for stopping its recurrence
⚫ Developed and implemented Risk Assessment Procedures and
assigned by Management as a Risk Assessment Coordinator to
review and update all Risks annual basis.
⚫ Enforce company HSE policy, implement HSE systems, issue
company safety notices and safety violation notifications
⚫ Prepare Risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, etc. with respect
to Method statements for construction operations
⚫ Inspect sites and conduct safety audits to identify hazards,
substandard conditions and unsafe acts
⚫ Devise and implement preventive and control measures against
risk, hazards & unsafe practices to ensure safety
⚫ Ensure Emergency preparedness by conducting Emergency
mock-drills at site
⚫ Analyze and report accidents/incidents, HSE statistics, and
identify trends to develop/implement CAPA
⚫ Organize and conduct HSE Meetings with Site Management and
monitor implementation of decisions
⚫ Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness,
knowledge and preparedness across the work areas to create
a culture that prioritize effective HSE plan and balance
overall associated costs
⚫ Provide regular written reports, as well as other productionrelated results and updates to the Senior Management Team
⚫ Implement corrective actions as it relates to the incident and
ensure “lessons learned” are communicated throughout the
Company
⚫ Design and install different kinds of safety signage; inspect Fire,
Safety and lifesaving appliances
⚫ Provide advice to site on safe transportation, handle storage and
use of hazardous materials
⚫ Conduct toolbox meeting, safety meetings, safety
induction/orientation to new employees.
⚫ Participate in gap analysis and HSE improvement plans,
implement the Permit to Work System.
⚫ Supervise, and coordinate training programs to increase
proficiency in safe practices and promote HSE consciousness
⚫ Present corporate HSE issues recommend appropriate measures,
and secure management approval
⚫ Incorporate HSE benchmarks as part of contractual obligation
and consider the same for periodic performance review
⚫ Review, control & update all safety management systems,
operating manuals, risk assessments and staff HSE training
programme
⚫ Develop, implement and support HSE programs to ensure
compliance with company standards & requirements
⚫ Establish and implement standards of compiling, analysing and
reporting of all injuries, risks & hazards
⚫ Supervise HSE activities and review HSE plan annually or as and
when a change is required
⚫ Conduct safety audits, coordinate external audits and provide
CAPA for closure of NCRs.
⚫ Support project team to prepare suitable method statements,
and risk management plan
⚫ Provide tool box topics and confirm ensure if tool box meetings
are held as per schedule
⚫ Conduct planned site visits, identify problems (if there is any)
notify that to various levels accordingly
⚫ Engaged in HSE statistics & calculations.
⚫ Conducted weekly and monthly contractor safety officers meeting.
⚫ Participate in PHA/HAZOP/HAZID/PSSR/MOC/QRA/JSA/SOP/SMP/RCA
⚫ Inspects all existing fixed and mobile plants, equipment and installations in assigned area of responsibility
to ensure adherence to Company's established Safety rules, standards and codes of practice.
⚫ Monitors implementation of the approved annual safety programme, Audits compliance with all safety and
environmental protection regulations and procedures.
⚫ Promotes awareness of site personnel to safety. Investigates industrial incidents/ accidents and writes
related statistical and analytical reports.
⚫ Frequent contacts with all levels of site personnel to ensure adherence to safety standards and co
ordinate conducting fire and safety drills.
⚫ Works according to Company's established standards and procedures. Exercises latitude and judgment
when investigating incidents / accidents. Reports major problems to Supervisor.
⚫ Highlights and identifies abnormalities, deviations and substandard practices to concerned Divisional /
Departmental Heads recommending corrective remedial measures and follow up implementation of same.
⚫ Identifies imminent hazardous areas, assesses potential impact/risk and enforces immediate
implementation of remedial actions.

⚫ Carry out Vehicle Inspections, HSE Inductions.
⚫ Conduct various HSE awareness program and campaigns
⚫ Maintains all HSEF statistics /SOPs/Statutory records /regulatory documents/ Training
records/Incident/Accident/near miss reports, Mock drill reports, MOM etc. in proper and accessible
location.
⚫ Assist and advise on Safe execution of Jobs pertaining to Construction.
Role in Brief:
Actively involved in Preventive/predictive maintenance, shut-down/turn around maintenance of static equipment. Static equipment like exchangers, tower/column, fired tube heater/reformer, reactors, pressure vessels, fin fan cooler, valves, boiler, storage tank: as well as disalter, separator, oil wells, gas manifold.
I crossed these maintenances with safety precautions.
Worked in hazardous area, like H2S, CO, SO2, SO3, CL2, F2, HF, NH3, C6H6, C2H4O
Was familiar with PEL/TLV/TWA/STEL/LEL/UEL
