- Attend to all emails and incoming calls from various hospitals for both inpatient and outpatient approvals
- Check policy documentation and wording to answer queries and concerns from clients or providers
- Check and process network claims (Physical and/or e-claims as applicable)
- Update clients on any claim related queries
- Attend to the pharmacy network claims through Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and answer pharmacy queries and concerns if required
- Ensure drugs are classified correctly as per given codes and other information
- Print payment vouchers for claims and send to finance department.
- Generate and update claim register for all claims
- Process reconciled claims for service providers
Responsible for the purchasing, control and security of all drug products and medical supplies. Develops a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in controlled substances at the earliest possible time. Ensures that the pharmacy operations are fully compliant with
the required legal procedures. Maintains highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. Recruits Staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants and give orientation and supervision.
Tablet production pharmacist in The Nile Co. for Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries with
Experience in:
Dry & wet granulation techniques.
Different compression & capsuling machines.
Documenting/Recording Information in Batch manufacturing record (BMR).
Ensure that all production steps are done according to GMP.
Trained to electronically record the manufacturing processes including process duration, production quantity and machine error reporting on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 production site

Solving day-to-day problems arising from equipment and material malfunction.
