Ensuring the facility meets energy standards (ISO 50001), Environment standard (ISO 14000), Health and safety standards (ISO 45001), & that facility comply with legislation.
• Maintaining initiative-taking relationship & understanding business needs of client.
• Supervising existing building systems and collection of data on building operations such as of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and controls to support the evaluation of energy efficiency and usage.
• Currently engaged in maintenance of 1.2 million sq.mt. mission critical HVAC machines (chillers, AHUs, RTU/ SSU etc.), UPS system, & other critical electrical machines to optimize operations of facility & data centers.
• Engaged in managing the site maintenance operations such as preventive & reactive maintenance work orders through CMMS tool specifically IBM- MAXIMO.
• Proficient in calculating & review Power Utilization Effectiveness (PUE) & Data Centre Infrastructure Efficiency (DCiE).
• Responsible for planning & generating RFP, RFQ, CAPEX & OPEX, ROI for site level operations & maintenance expenditure.
• Responsible for planning the yearly PM calendar for complete HVAC & related electro-mechanical assets along with preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual maintenance work performance reports.
• Trained in Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis (HIRA).
Manage all site level electro-mech engineering challenges during project execution phase.
• Part of JLL project development team to oversee technical aspects of MEP & FAS systems along with snags identifications for the project in transition before handing over to facility team.
• Engaged in the maintenance of one of the most sophisticated electro-mechanical & HVAC systems of IBM.
• Identification & implementation of energy saving opportunities in facility for ongoing LEED certification.
• Maintain all critical data center related mechanical system requirements.
• Reviewing & proposing required calculation for heating & cooling load, ACPH & ventilation requirements based on the type of system needed by the client during project expansion phase.

• Heat Load Estimation in E20 sheet, HAP software & using Excel sheet.
• System Design & Equipment Selection as per the Heat Load Estimation
• Duct designing for appropriate Air Distribution using Mcquay Duct Sizer
• Preparation of Bill of quantity (B.O.Q) as per technical specification.
• System Design for Mechanical Ventilation.
• Chilled water piping, Pump head & ESP calculation.
• Expansion tank Calculation.
• Analysis of system with and without Air-to -air energy recovery equipment.
Responsibilities as BIM Modeller:
• Developing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing template in Revit.
• Creation of HVAC system 3D modelling.
• Managing internal clash while modelling.
• Perform clash co-ordination as per condition team reports & interference check using Navisworks.
• Creating shop drawings, Annotations, schematics for the co-ordinated models.
• Updating Comments Provided/Received from higher Supervisor's/Managers.
• Modelling of Electrical power, lighting & ELV services
etc.
Understanding needs & of building services & expectations of people working in them.
To look out all the maintenance activities of a facility
Maintenance of HVAC assets(Chillers, PTAC, DUCTABLES FCU etc.) along with service providers & contractors.
To aid in various internal & extrtnal compliance audits.
Identify energy saving opportunities and implementing them ROR calculations.
Strategies & plan daily operations in a facility.
Conduct various tool box training(Technical & soft).
Calculate & review HVAC & other major loads.
Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
Ensure Governance Calendar, CI Items, CAPA, AMC vendor tracking and PPM Compliance at site.
Water & Energy Management.
Prepare and implement Capex proposals as per client requirement.
Ensure all actions are taken for safety of client’s premises, equipment and all personnel. Report any
unsafe conditions immediately and coordinate with HSE team.
Ensure Building Manager validates, train & re-train all supervisors to remain in line with CSF.

Perform preventive maintenance and
repair service work on HVAC systems
such as on chillers, cooling towers,
pump systems, hot water generation
system, VRV/ VRF, Package Units,
PAC and CRAC units, AHU’s, FCU’s
duct-able units etc. and various other
building systems to maintain the
properties in peak operational
condition.
* Familiar with Electrical & BMS work
associated with HVAC system.
* Energy Efficiency measures for
façade, lighting & HVAC systems
optimization.
* Reviewing Cooling & Heating Loads
calculations & also reviewing trends
for HVAC equipment’s.
* Maintaining data centres HVAC &
timely calculating & reviewing PUE-
DCiE.
* Ensure Fire Fighting Systems
equipment 24 x 7 operations
maintain daily checklist & conduct
weekly trial to maintain the system.
* Witness of testing & commissioning
of fire & life safety system which
includes firefighting (sprinkler &
hydrant), lifts, fire pumps, fire
detection, fire alarm & voice
evacuation system.
* Coordinate with project managers
and contractors for planning
installation of HVAC and other
Electro-Mechanical systems and also
dealing with IFM (Integrated Facility
Management) services providers and
monitor their work.
* Oversee service work in electrical
departments such as L.T/ H.T
operation units which include
breakers such as VCB, ACB, OCB, &
Transformers, U.P.S to optimize
operation of systems.
* Preparation of Monthly, quarterly,
half yearly and annual maintenance
reports and PPT’s.
* Maintaining track on HSD
consumption and its procurement for
the D.G ’s & ordering and inspection
of spare parts.
* Strictly adherence to the government
compliance related to Air, Water
pollution, E-waste, Solid waste and
timely monitor of disposable of
hazardous waste generated within
facility.
* Maintenance of Sewage Treatment
Plant.
* Provide technical and logistical
support during evacuation of facility,
movement of assets and also
maintaining FAR (Fixed Assets
Register).
* Conducting & aiding in various
internal/external audits such as
QHSE, SSAE’16 SOC-1 SOC-2, HSD
and Energy Audits etc
To monitor complex Heat treatment processes in Axle manufacturing such as Normalizing,
Quenching, Tempering, Stress Relieving, Induction Hardening, Shot blasting etc.
* Responsible to monitor product manufacturing at each stage as per drawing sheet.
* Familiar with various axles hardness testers such as Vickers and Rockwell.
* Responsible for closely monitoring the quality check of product and measure precision
attained after component manufactured at each stage.
* Excellent knowledge of Heat Treatment and other manufacturing processes etc.
Completed graduation bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and passed with good marks. I studied 48 subjects in total; to name a few as follows: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Advanced Thermodynamics & Thermodynamics Heat and Mass Transfer Fluid Dynamics Fluid Machinery Theory of Machines Dynamics of Machine Automobile Engineering Strength of Materials etc. I am deeply interested in first 5 subjects.
