- Define the product strategy and roadmap.

Devise long-term development strategies for Nahdi’s cosmetic category: Makeup, Beauty Accessories and Fragrances.
- Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
- Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category.
- Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
- Place appropriate ordering cycle to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands.
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
- Align with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.
- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory.
- Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories & customer journey.

- Initiate and maintain the demand planning process.
- Work closely with sales and marketing team for sales projections and forecasting new items.
- Data science and management, working on items creation, updating prices and discounts/promotions.
- Financial controlling for items and financial dimensions in the business' ERP.
- Avoid being out of stock or overflowed for any product/SKU, and ensure safety stock and re-order level should be
maintained and monitored regularly.
- Brands' performance monitoring, and generation of action plans based on performance.
- Prepare and maintain logistics records and shipping documentations.
- Follow up on items registration in Ecosma with assigned service provider and report the status to SCM.
- Process Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure the delivery on timely manner.
- Work on rebalancing stock b/w stores for slow movers/dead items and suggest transfers Qtys.
- Create Stock Transfer Requests (STR) in the system and follow up with stores.
- Negotiating deals and commercial agreements and discount margins with vendors.
- Auditing the governmental and MOH laws and regulations within the entity.
