I have joined Kalium Group to work as the creative director as part of the marketing department. The role includes managing a design/photography team and will focus on all of the creative requirements for Kalium and all of its affiliated companies including Aesthetica, Dermalase and others under their umbrella.
As a team we developed both functional and creative ideas that adhere to the graphic design standards and ensure continuity, high quality, and a clear, consistent identity.
As a creative director, I effectively reinforced the creative requirements of the Group by liaising with the Marketing Managers and coordinating with other Sales Managers & Department Heads. I also oversaw and ensured all creative tasks are discharged properly in terms of quality and timely completion.

■ Ensure that artwork & designs for all articles are in compliance with the MOH
■ Handle the requirements for creative outsourcing when required
■ Setup management operating procedures
■ Detailing tasks to be completed for myself and delegating
■ Reporting directly to the Managing Director
I worked at Landmark Group under the Home Centre Concept as a creative manager. The role included managing a design team that focused on the restructuring and redesign of the organization and its new identity - an identity partly formed by the look of its printed materials, stationery, website, etc. I worked on many projects including crafting a visual identity for some of the stores departments, a creative new template for the pricing tags, posters and banners, and applying new packaging identities to the selected department in the stores. I also over saw the printing the process, and managed the pre-press/post-press quality control.

Switch is a specialist custom-content house. Based in Dubai, Qatar and Singapore, the company produces everything from newspapers to magazines, microsites to e-newsletters. The content is reader-driven, intrinsically valuable and designed to generate a measurable response in print and online, for some of the world’s best-known brands.

■ Devising creative strategies for major international clients such as the Qatar Foundation, Dubai World Trade Centre, Jumeirah Group, The Address Hotels + Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Dubai Airports, Audi Middle East, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties

At Four Communications, I worked with some of the industry's biggest clients on everything from full-brand development through to advertisements, annual reports, posters, brochures, leaflets and stationery. My work as an in-house designer includes projects for clients such as Meed Magazine, Department of Transport (DOT Abu Dhabi), Abu Dhabi Finance and many others.

Speed, quality, communication and innovation set Wind International Group apart from the rest of the industry. I worked with the media group to produce podcasts and creative ads for its satellite channel, website and radio.

■ Designing advertisements, brochures, flyers and marketing collateral for the company
■ Creating digital flash banners for the company’s TV station and website
■ Uploading media content on servers
■ Assisting production team on shooting and editing content
