I am working as a Project Engineer with Action International Service LLC, to implement the pipeline
utilities/GWC/Dewatering and pilling works for the Giga project in the Line-Neom region, in this challenge, I have
to manage the plan and scope to determine and prioritise requirements and validated and manage the risk
register to get rid of any obstacles, Blockers or impediments, I have to ensure and follow up the requirements of
the EPM/Client ( BECHTEL/NEOM ) and cooperate with them and ensure that communication plan created and
managed well, and cooperation with my team and defines responsibilities.

Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQs and calculating quantities.
Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design team, to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.
Responsible for the technical revision of all architecture drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
Responsible for reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.
Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
Responsible for creating any required construction details.
Responsible for regularly updating the “Construction Details Library”.
Responsible for regularly updating the “Vendors List” of manufacturers and suppliers.
Responsible for responding to RFIs and site queries.
Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.
Reporting to the Senior Tech. Office Engineer.

Previously worked with Multiple Builder Co. Ltd. as a project engineer for the management and implementation
of private projects Within construction works and finishes with the assurance of the functioning of electrical and
mechanical works commensurate with the timetable to ensure the proper functioning of all work and
requirements, Follow-up and monitor all suppliers and subcontractors and analyze the site's general material
costs in the long and near term and ensure and insist on public safety foremost.
