Management of the sheet metal factory manufacturing
- Hollow metal fire rated and non fire rated doors,
security doors, and Blast resistant doors.
- Hose reel cabinets, and other fire fighting cabinets.
- Other metal and sheet metal products.
The daily activities include:
1) Develop the factory departments : production, estimation, engineering.
2) Budgeting, and inventory.
3) Cost Control.
4) Product development (sheet metal products)
5) Product certification development.
6) Automate the factory production process.
7) Quality control, and HSE activities of the plant.
8) Resources utilization (space, Machines, manpower, ...)
9) Development of (Machinary, Manpower, Systems and Procedures)
10) Suppliers and subcontractors development.
11) Associated trading activities.
Complete management of Hollow metal fire rated and non fire rated doors manufacturing processes, security doors, and Blast resistant doors manufacturing, and wooden doors manufacturing, the daily activities include:
1) develop the factory departments production, estimation, engineering, and sales.
2) systemize the factory operations (purchasing, stores, dispatch)
3) budjeting, cash flow control, and inventory
4) cost control and reduction
5) Data Automation
6) product certification development.
7) change the factory from manual production procedure to automatic and semi-automatic production procedures
8) quality department setup
9) resources utilization (space, Machines, manpower, ...)
10) planning the phases of development (Machinary, manpower, systems and procedures)
and many daily inputs in all factory departments
-Manage day to day activities of:
Estimation, Design, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and CNC programming, for steel door projects, or any other steel product.
-steel door certification fire rating and others.
-product specification and standardization.

Position: Production Manager (fiber optic network devices (FTTH), and IT cabinets factory)
Responsibilities:
1. Factory setup and machines layout.
2. Manpower recruiting.
3. Process improvements, and machines reliability
4. Applying lean manufacturing techniques, kaizen, 5S's methods.
5. Engineering Management, and design of FTTH devices (ODFs, Patch pannels, splitter pannels, FDTs, ...), and produce the product as per saudi telecom company specifications.
6. get the certificate of product from STC.
7. Management of all production and maintenance related activities.
I worked for #1 metal Doors manufacturer in gulf region and I had the following responsibilities
Position: Production Engineer (CNC Supervisor) (September 2008 to August 2009)
Responsibilities:
1.Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process using high level softwares.
2.Quality control of CNC production.

4. Responsible for process improvements, (Kaizen)
5. Responsible for capability studies of the non standard projects
6.Supervising the following CNC Machine Programming:

1.Maintaining all factory CNC machines (Trumpf punching and laser, Salvagnini, shearing, punching S4, and bending P4, Salvagnini Roboformer Robot bending, Eisinman Paint line, LVD bending, Tiesse Robot welding).

2. Closed land farm treatment, for SAUDI ARMCO (YANBU GAS TERMENAL DEPARTMENT).

I have graduated from Jordan University Of Science And Technology , Jordan, Irbid (Study period: from 1/10/1999 to 20/1/2004). With a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics Branch)
