Complete management of Hollow metal fire rated and non fire rated doors manufacturing processes, security doors, and Blast resistant doors manufacturing, and wooden doors manufacturing, the daily activities include:

1) develop the factory departments production, estimation, engineering, and sales.

7) change the factory from manual production procedure to automatic and semi-automatic production procedures

10) planning the phases of development (Machinary, manpower, systems and procedures)

-Manage day to day activities of:

Estimation, Design, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and CNC programming, for steel door projects, or any other steel product.

Responsibilities:
1. Factory setup and machines layout.
2. Manpower recruiting.
3. Process improvements, and machines reliability
4. Applying lean manufacturing techniques, kaizen, 5S's methods.
5. Engineering Management, and design of FTTH devices (ODFs, Patch pannels, splitter pannels, FDTs, ...), and produce the product as per saudi telecom company specifications.
6. get the certificate of product from STC.
7. Management of all production and maintenance related activities.

I worked for #1 metal Doors manufacturer in gulf region and I had the following responsibilities

Position: Production Engineer (CNC Supervisor) (September 2008 to August 2009)
Responsibilities:

1.Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process using high level softwares.
2.Quality control of CNC production.

4. Responsible for process improvements, (Kaizen)
5. Responsible for capability studies of the non standard projects

Position: Maintenance Supervisor (February 2007 to September 2008)
Responsibilities:

1.Maintaining all factory CNC machines (Trumpf punching and laser, Salvagnini, shearing, punching S4, and bending P4, Salvagnini Roboformer Robot bending, Eisinman Paint line, LVD bending, Tiesse Robot welding).

3.Maintaining all company three facilities, shop floor, Accommodation

Position: Production Engineer (Roll-up Doors) (September 2005 to February 2007)
Responsibilities:
1.Lead the production team to achieve the scheduled load of the factory including all necessary activities of fabrication, and sub-contracting.
2.Machine shop supervision including programming of CNC Lathe (VECTOR), and milling (MAZZAK) machines.

I worked for an ARAMCO contractor providing environmental services and participated in executing several projects:

Position: Site Engineer super intended & Assistant Project Manager (march 2004-sept 2005).

1. Oily sludge treatment using thermal desorption unit (TDU), for (SAUDI ARAMCO SHELL REFINERY).
2. Closed land farm treatment, for SAUDI ARMCO (YANBU GAS TERMENAL DEPARTMENT).
3. Oil Spill Cleaning Project, for (SAUDI ARAMCO SHELL REFINARY).
4. Oil Spill Cleaning Project, for (GHAZLAN POWER PLANT).
