Inspection of excavation, compaction, and Field Density test (FDT) prior to
lean concrete work. Inspection of Form and Reinforcement work for
footings and foundation prior to concrete and giving clearance for concrete
work. Monitoring the concrete pouring work including air content test,
slump test and temperature of concrete and ensure that enough number of
vibrators are used for concrete work Monitoring and inspection of
honeycomb rectification on concrete area prior to surface preparation. Q.C
work inspection of material at site, verification of work before start and
during work. Checking of bar bending after fixing and cutting, shuttering
fixing axis and centerline. Review weekly and monthly evaluation.
Conducting the monthly audit of sub contractor's document Inspection of
earthwork and concreting jobs.
Cooperating with the team in setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.
Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring that all materials are used, and work performed are as per
specifications. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and
plants. Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives,
suppliers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities. Quality control in
accordance with IS/procedures method statements, quality plans and
inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and
by subcontractors. Day-to-day management of the site, including
supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any
subcontractors. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and
site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Overseeing quality control
and health and safety matters on site, preparing reports as required.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that
may arise.
