• Responsible for achieving Sub Dealers' sales targets (pre-paid lines), as assigned by head division.
• Responsible of POS retention, and maintain good relationship with all POS’s existing in his region.
• Educating the sub dealers about all Zain products, benefits and strength points.
• Expand Sub Dealers base, Tawasol lines in the assigned geographical areas.
• Communicate with Sub Dealers.
• Conduct daily visits for Sub Dealers as per the plan and set number of visits.
• Generate feedback from market regarding Zain performance & competitors’ performance on daily basis.
• Promote Zain products and services for Sub Dealers existing & new.
• Answer Sub Dealers phone calls and inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze performance, progress and activities of all Sub Dealers.
• Recommend schemes that improve Sub Dealers performance.
• Resolve Sub Dealers’ problems and issues.
• Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies.
• Responsible for Sub Dealers promotions and events.
• Technical problems follow up.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on all Sub Dealers activities, plans and developments to Sub Dealers Team Supervisor.
• Create new sales streams through assigned POSs.
• Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
• Make sure that branding distribution is on time.
• Responsible for Distributor including Lines sales & scratch cards sales.
• Supervise and evaluate Distributor activities & performance.
• Assuring the best distribution roadmap.
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing print orders, and system troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
• Use automated information systems to analyze the customer’s situation.
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
• Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service surveys.
• Provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in opening accounts.
• Review and process orders for printed marketing materials.
• Explain how to use account features and solve customer application and Internet problems.
• Receive, document and resolve customer complaints.
