. I have privilege to work with all major utilities of OMAN - OETC,
MEDC, MJEC, MZEC, DPC, PDO and RAECO for various projects
in OMAN.
3. My work exposure includes Tendering, Preparation of Project
variations (Time & Cost) Proposals, Procurement, Overall Planning,
and Design- Engineering Co-ordination with Consultants & Vendors,
Site execution and over all end to end Project Management till
handing over of Project to client.
4. RFQ and Evaluations of techno- commercial offers for major
electrical equipments; Commercial Negotiations and making
technical recommendation post award and pre-bid stage.
5. Review of design basis: SLDs, CT -VT adequacy, Overall
Equipment, Earthing design, Lightening protection calculation,
Lighting design calculation, Indoor and outdoor lighting and earthing
layouts, cable route and typical section drawings; Cable Trench,
Duct and Tray layout, Specifications, GTPs, Equipment drawings
and coordination with DDC for design requirements of equipments.
HV and LV cable sizing, Cable and Interconnection schedules, and
preparation of SADA IO List.
6. Providing inputs to Design consultants and Vendors for an
optimum acceptable design to complete entire design engineering
process in minimum possible time.
7. Coordination with Client, Consultants, Vendors, Sub-contractors,
Procurement department, Ministries and other statutory authorities
for facilitating timely Approvals like excavation permit, building
permit etc.
8. Preparation of BOQ and procurement for all items which are
typically required in substation ie cable tray and hardware,
termination, cables, cleats etc.
9. Coordination, preparation of drawings, ROP- Baldia approval
and vendors & subcontractors finalization for Building
Services viz Fire alarm and Fire Fighting system, Lighting
and HVAC.
10. Ensuring timely project invoicing-ie preparation, submission,
review with client and facilitating approval till the amount is credited
to contractor’s account.
11. Project site work co-ordination with other Disciplines.

Professional Achievements
For Al Amerat 02 completed major procurement in first 30 days and manufacturing clearance
to all 10 major equipment in 60 days time. Further ordering for all material required till end of
project is completed in first 90 days of project.
Completed Rusayl09 Substation (Client: MEDC) 17 days ahead of contractual completion
date. Profit for Rusayl 09 doubled from what was envisaged during tender stage. This is mainly
attributed to timely completion and good negotiation with principal vendors for an extremely
competitive price. MEDC has appreciated ONEIC for Rusayl09 project and awarded full marks
for excellent project management for contractor evaluation QMS.
Due to strong documentation, successfully imposed 10% penalty on 11kV SWG vendor,
HVAC vendor, Shed fabrication vendor due to delay in delivery for rusayl09 which
contributed 15% to net profit earned for Rusayl09 project.
Compiled bid for DPC Tender 181/2015 in 5 working days. Scope of Tender includes 1 no
PSS+ 22 km of Cable laying .ONEIC was L2 (price) and H1 (for technical evaluation).
SFO Salalah was L1.
Successful invoicing for PAEW - Al Khoud chlorination project which was delayed for 4
years and undersigned was entrusted with task to do final invoicing.
Has won OMR 60, 000 + OMR 60, 000 variation for T 86 and T 78 for MZEC.
