To provide support and management to site operations in Administration, Finance, IT and Property
Leasing & Facilities Management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Administration/Finance/General
• Leasing Commercial & Residential Properties.
• Provide post leasing Customer Service.
• Properties and Equipment Accidental Damage Insurance Claims.
• Ensure that the day-to-day Operations of a Business run smoothly.
• Oversee the supervision of Employees and Manage office.
• Recruiting and training Maintenance, Security & Soft Services staff and allocate responsibilities
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to staff to deliver support to all site office management and personnel,
visiting consultants and service providers;
• Assist in the management of budgets including reporting, accounts receivable, forecasting and
estimating;
• Responsible for the procurement of materials, supplies and services;
• Petty Cash management;
• Develop and implement office procedures to ensure efficient operation of site office;
• Manage catering services to Project Site Offices;
• Scrutinize misc. invoices as and when required
• Coordinate delivery of needs with faculty to ensure the securing of necessary equipment and material,
• Coordination and follow up with service providers
• Providing All Types of Public Relationship Support including Ministry of Labour and Immigration as
well as DED/Trakhees/DM.
Space Planning & Logistics
• Coordination of the provision of workstations, data & voice connection for Head Office personnel and
consultants for Project Site Offices.
• Supervision of Staff transport to all Project Site Offices and Head Office;

Facilities Management
• Implement Operating Procedures to ensure business continuity of Project Site Office operations;
• Monitor the delivery of all essential utilities to site including water, electricity, fuel and
telecommunications;
• Supervision and delegation of tasks to Reception, Security, Cleaning and Maintenance Personnel;
• Supervision of operation of building MEP;
• Management of building defects/snags;
• Reinstatement of Commercial & Residential Property as and when required
• Management of staff office accommodation including the provision of IT, stationary and furniture;
• Managing and Trouble Shooting of Security CCTV Cameras.
• Managing and Controlling Parking Barriers.
IT Support
• Provide help desk support to IT Users within the company in order to resolve problems and provide
clarifications on queries related to IT matters.
• Provide remote support to users when needed to resolve issues or provide clarifications to queries.
• Provide WiFi Support and setup in users laptops.
• Worked on Active directory to reset users Password, Enable and Disable Accounts.

and make changes when obvious, to MAXIMO in computerized inventory system. Interact with trade
personnel and report all requests for new material to the Stores Manager. Recommend and direct
reorganization of binning for optimal space usage, and safety requirements as prescribed by policies
and notifies Manager of all discrepancies and actions taken.
• Oversee and coordinate issues, receipts and deliveries of material for day-to-day operations and special
projects.
