-Responsible to develop and follow strategies and policies of Production, Planning, Procurement, Q.C, Raw Material & Warehouses sections to ensure workflow optimum performance.

-Production resources capacities estimating, and managing within cost limits and delivery deadlines.
- Set Q.C Plan for Printing, Packaging, Smart Cards, & Scratch off withinQuality standards, and maintain it procedures.
- Act a warrant to conduct corrective and preventive actions and insure production and Q.C practices compliance to QMS process.
- Implement Quality Objectives Standards for continues process improving and developing.
- Daily work instructions (WI) and practices evaluation, operating process standards set up review, to document work instructions and updating when necessary.
- Manpower evaluate, motivate, utilizing, and evaluate to promote staff performance through incentives, promotion, and rewards according to internal regulations.

1. SMART CARDS development new dept.
2. Multi-Functional & Hybrid (Flexo, Digital, & Screen) printing & converting line mainly for secured card printing applications.
