•Create, evaluate and implement digital strategies to drive business growth
•Analyze performance of campaigns and target audience data to improve performance and optimize budgets
•Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends and map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results
•Deliver business analytics supporting Marketing activities and decisions as well as business unit's management cycle, contributing to insights and recommendations
•Develop and implemented analytical processes supporting the business, such as advanced reporting, reporting automation revenue monitoring and forecasting
•Lead major analytics-related business projects such as business segmentation, CRM implementation and management
•Support the client servicing efforts of all Business line clients, and the business development efforts for all accounts
•Manage all projects delegated by Management, from launch and up to their final execution, covering: client briefings and meetings, designing and planning research plans, conduct secondary and primary research to uncover insights, analyze findings and provide clients with actionable recommendations
•Develop client relationships and grow revenue within the client base
•Take responsibility for organizing and planning campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department
•Prepare proposals and participate in new local and regional business pitches and presentations
