Responsible of managing four of Procter & Gamble (P&G) categories:
-Shave care category: Gillette & Venus.
-Oral care category: Crest & Oral-B.
-Baby care category: Pampers.
-Hair care category: Pantene, Head & Shoulders, & Herbal essences.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
-Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
-Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
-Assess overall categories performance against objectives.
-Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.
-Development and implementation of the Category / Brand strategy.
-Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
-Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing.
-Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their
commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools and materials.
-Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the team correctly.
-Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
-Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory.
-Coordinate with the demand team to place appropriate orders to ensure product
availability that meets consumer demands.
-Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
-Determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.
-Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities -Work with all stakeholders to find new ways of expanding product categories. -Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
·Develop plans and implement projects and initiatives that support the short and longterm
brand strategy.
·To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the brand remains
relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand objective.
·Assist in the development of the Brand Strategy and Objectives in line with agreed
Business and Brand KPIs
·Development and Implementation of Brand and Activation Plans to ensure successful
adaptation to changing environmental pressures and business needs, to guarantee
financial objectives are met .
·Contribute to collaboration between brand and all internal departments to ensure that
all teams are working towards shared objectives
·Building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with relevant Global Bayer
Stakeholders .
·Day to day administration of marketing agencies/suppliers t o ensure best practice is
followed, services provided are of requisite quality and good value is obtained to ensure
that the interests of the Company are preserved.
·Fully comply with corporate governance requirements and internal/external regulations
as required.
·Support identified Brand initiatives to increase the level of Brand Engagement with
Retail Customers.
·Set Sales & Product Strategies according to each country to achieve the set Targets in accordance with top
management’s guideline.
·Manage the Sales in Levant countries and Support the Sales team for the sales during customer Meetings &
Negotiations.
·Achieving and maintaining market Share #1 in managed products and countries.
·Set up Each countries product lineup and price positioning through market analysis and Bench marking of Competitor
lineups and activities.
·Hold Product trainings for Floor Sales Men and setup the training calendar throughout the year.
·Set new product local launching plans in terms of forecasts, display, Marketing, flooring, R&Rs and timeline for
successful launching.
·Set yearly and monthly Marketing budgets and guide marketing team for best product marketing activities ATL/BTL to
achieve highest ROI.
·Provide Technical Support and Solutions for customers in addition to follow up on service issues to achieve end user
satisfaction.
·Manage the Supply chain system between factories, target plans and market demand to achieve best sustainability and
KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for their product or service.
• Using ERP system (SAP) to create all relevant documents and reports.
• Conduct market research, and competitors’ analysis to specify market product requirements.
• Submit reports to clients and senior management.
• Prepare all sales reports (Monthly and Annually).
• Monitor the product sell in / sell out & planogram on monthly basis.
• Responsible for product management: creation and maintenance of products and periodically updated product lists.
• Attend all principals meetings, trainings and Seminars in Amman or any other countries upon management requests.
• Play an active role in the development of the brand strategy (target, positioning, messaging plan).
• Participate in workshops and exhibitions if needed.
• Create and update the brand and marketing communications plan by country that meets the company and business objectives.
• Implement suitable action plans to ensure objectives and goals are met.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the brand and communication campaigns by tracking the return on marketing investment.
• Oversee the data analyst to ensure that the company produces the best possible research reports and analysis.
• responsible for validation and sourcing of Requests and Orders up to the validation of Purchase Orders.
• Sources orders for items to stock.
• Ensures that the order status in the ERP system is up to date and reflecting the actual order progress.
• Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports.
• Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
• Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
• Hardware Procurement (Raise Purchase request and submit purchase orders).
• Follow up the order payment status.
• Follow-up on pending deliveries/non-delivered orders with the shipping agent.
• Control all the logistics operations in the project and update the system accordingly.
• Work with the required persons to determine procurement needs, and delivery requirements.
• Lead team and provide supervision of juniors project operations specialists.
• Work side by side with the IT Project Manager in order to achieve the target of the project within the agreed timescales.
• Act as a project manager during project manager absence or busy time.
• Provide resolution and feedback to the project manager based on business analysis.
• Present the service quality and requirements to the team, to achieve required level of service quality and fulfilling customers’ service requirements as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Track the hardware shipment and review the related shipping documents to make sure it will be delivered on time.
• Work with multiple teams to arrange the end-user Hardware installation.
• Create training materials and provide training to new and existing employees as needed.
• Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously without supervision.
• Works with escalated customers and drives actions in post incident reviews.
• Implement the service quality and requirirments, to achive required level of service quality and fulfilling customers’ service requirements as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Hardware Procurement (Raise Purchase requests and submit purchase orders).
• Fulfill the order requirments and tracking it.
• Control some of the logistics operations in the project.
• Scheduling of end-user installation with on-site engineers.
• Asset database update.
• Reconciliation of hardware invoiced installed and accepted by end-user.
• Reports generation.

I have a bachelor’s degree in business economics from The University of Jordan. I managed to finish the entire graduate requirement in three years; I faced many Difficulties and problems during my university life but nothing could stop my dreams and my aspirant.
