Supervision of all Mechanical system like reviewing drawing, material submittals, documents submitted by Main Contractor for comments and/or approval and to ensure compliance with project specification requirements, program, Inspection of works, attending site meeting etc
Execute the project as per standard like ASHRAE / SMACNA / DW142 / NFPA.
Experienced in establishing good coordination and communication among the different disciplines working on the project and to checker IR, RFI's for mechanical installation and issuing site instruction & NCR reports if work quality is not compliance as per international code/standards and project specification.
To coordinate and conclude with QS, the weightages of each services with its breakdown for internal payment to the contractor, and also to interlink the system with Inspection request log which helped to evaluate payment as claimed by the contractor.
Supervision of HVAC like AHUs, FCUs, Heat Exchanger, valves and accessories, Supply, Fresh, exhaust air duct, staircase pressurization and car park ventilation system.
Supervision of PLUMBING Sewerage, and drainage, storm water, domestic water piping system and sanitary fixture.
Supervision of FIR FIGHTING Sprinkler system, Wet and Dry riser system, Pump station, Fire smoke management, Foam, FM200, NOVEC fire suppression system.

Issue notes of non-conformance reports (NCR) and observations to site engineer and sub-contractors.
Ensure that corrective actions and preventive measures are taken to close NCRs.
Inspect all equipment and material to be installed.
Verify whether equipment and material is properly stored and protected as per contract specifications and manufacture recommendation.
Perform surveillance and spot checks of construction activities to assess whether specifications and drawings are strictly implemented.
Maintain records related to the calibration of testing equipment.
Coordinate with consultants for daily quality inspections.
Record the results of inspection/tests in daily quality control reports.
