Managing and ensuring quality control over the whole procurement process between operations and ensuring sales targets are met upon market request and preparing proper work plans to exceed the limits.

• Setting up a whole new Warehouse line up with the support of IT dept. to ensure that all items in the warehouse are systemized and countable over the system.
• Setting up a whole new IT support system for the warehouse to ease the access of items over the system and ensure storage and stock control of all SKU's.
• Dealing with over 20k+ SKU's.
• Processing isolated storage and stock control for valuable items such as gold and silver items, bracelets, watches etc.
• Working directly under the Operations manager, i had 3 different teams to handle, Organize and operate with. Inbound Operations team, Outbound Operations Team and the Logistics Delivery Team.

Managing/Revising Daily Various Reports, Weekly, Monthly & Annual Reports.

Supply Chain Compliance with different suppliers regarding all the food items for the Dean & Deluca Restaurant In Kuwait. Ensuring the compliance of all the Sku's with regards to the replenishment orders. Handling a major project of compliance of Several Restaurants and Food Retail Shops such As Dean & Deluca, Teavana, Garrett's Popcorn, Sprinkles Cupcakes & Castania in the middle east Region (Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Jordan, Lebanon). Responsible for the opening orders and inverse availability of the shops.

• Working in a viscous circle between supply chain and compliance / Replenishment.
• Responsible for the custom clearance (Municipality).
• Warehouse visits to ensure the quality control for over 10, 000 SKU’s as per the SLA’s.
• Direct/Indirect contact with international suppliers, consolidators, freight forwarders, shipping lines etc. To ensure 100 % replenishment compliance.
• Involved in the major opening of Several AlShaya Brands @ the Avenues Phase III such as Cheese Cake Factory, Teavana, Sprinkle’s Cupcakes, and Garrett’s Popcorn Etc.
• Ongoing project of compliance for regional markets. (Qatar, UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Etc.)
• Ensuring that the correct SOP’s are followed with accordance to the documentation requirements in Kuwait market.

- Direct responsibility on control of overseas international shipments from different suppliers (inbound / outbound)
- ensuring the availability and delivery on time with regards to compliance and supply chain co-ordnance.
- control over demurrage, delay in clearance, clearance support and direct contact with clearing agents, freight forwarders, host consolidators etc. freight invoices, clearance invoices, shipping line demurrage, port demurrage for several frozen, fresh and other food SKU's. damage reports, claims etc. weekly, monthly and yearly reports.

• Update old shipments with the proper scanning for international trace.
• Monitor the inbound shipments to ensure proper scanning applied in shipments.
• Preparing Manifest for the outbound Shipments.
• Managed and responsible for the Cash recap for the Brokers and Clearance.
• Communicate with customers wherever needed.
• Response to customer Calls for shipments update.
• Handling Outbound and Inbound airfreight.
• Responsible for the Cage shipments inventory and took part in the weekly cycle count.
• Responsible for the Customs formal clearance of shipments.
