 Daily management of department duties including receiving job permits, allocating manpower, leading meetings, assigning duties
 Preventive maintenance within Refinery which includes RCM, OM, Loading Arms, Different Centrifugal and Diaphragm Pumps, Asphalt Pumps & Heaters, Compressors and Blowers, Oil Separators, Travel Screen, etc.
 Maintaining the Offshore Hose Rigs.
 Provide work direction and communicate with Department Supervisors.
 Tracking and reporting of labor hours
 Managing manpower and equipment at site
 Managing scrap return
 Handled Rotational Shifts.
 At times training the mechanical team and verifying SOP compliance
 Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking and reporting metrics.
 Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide feedback.
 Ensure work areas remain clean and are equipped with proper equipment and supplies.
 Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
 Coaching associates to work safely at all times
 Ensure all job injuries are reported timely in accordance with established policy and procedure.
