Managed team of 32 IT/Video and Network engineers responsible for AT&T’s U-verse IPTV platform video acquisition and DirecTV Streaming Product. Team managed the Satellite downlink and fiber feeds for over 800 national content providers and 1400 local broadcasters in the 61 U-verse markets.

● Worked and Suported Scrum teams in building new DirecTV Product called DTNow Streaming product.
● Established end to end surveillance of internal CDN/AWS sources for DIRECTV Now streaming service using Moogsoft and Dataminer applications.
● Created Advertising Insertion department, developed three phased Ad Insertion platform allowing for National/Local and Targeted Advertising through a Seachange/Arris/iTX solution. Combined the Ad insertion platform airs over 1, 800, 000 ads per day
● Implemented AT&T’s Live to VOD program using Ericsson’s TXTV system to capture program content, repackage and deploy through various AT&T VOD platforms.
● Led the development of a monitor by exception tool that correlates and analyzes subsystem data for networks ad insertion platform that allowed three administrators to manage the 1.8 million ads played per day; previous tooling required 12 admins to manage 300, 000 ads per day.
● Developed an automated metrics reporting dashboard for all aspects of video acquisition and ad operations allowing leadership real-time access to team’s performance.
● Responsible for records and enterprise information management/business intelligence/analytics, regulatory (FCC) compliance, disaster recovery and developed process for managing regional sports network (RSN) market occasional feeds and blackout requirements.

DHCP: Lead the DHCP conversion project in Dallas region over the course of six months. (Duties included: Coordinate weekly meeting with ITO team, find out how many workstations and printers on each floor. Drop a memo on each desk.)
PROJECTS: Project Lead on several high volume moves from different cities to the Dallas region. (Duties included: Coordinate meeting with customers and different groups. Downtime, special access, Ip addresses for printers and workstations and applications.)
SERVER: Was a member of the Server Administrator team for the DDLS000C domain in the Dallas Turf. (Duties included: Change and created profiles and logon scripts according to business needs of our customers. Successfully managed the ODTSA queue and maintained backup tapes.)
