• Managed as a servant leader to initiate and train the execution team with suitable knowledge and successfully executed a 28, 420, 153 SAR project with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
• identified the key stakeholders and documented their expectations in a stakeholder register. Developed project charter and obtained sponsors approval.
• Gathered requirements, Defined the scope and identified deliverables, created the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and estimated project activities durations and cost estimates using parametric and bottom-up estimation techniques.
• Identified risks affecting the project and created the project management plan with its components plans. Got the plan formally approved by the project sponsor and held a kick-off meeting before project execution.
• Delegated work packages to various teams, evaluated individual and team performance, ensured quality management plan was implemented.
• Continuously monitored the project against its performance baselines and managed the change control process in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Gained final acceptance of the project from the client and solicit feedback about project quality and performance. then consolidate lessons learned into an Organizational Process Assets (OPA).
• Analysed and calculated exhaust air, fresh air, air conditioning loads; and distribution.
• Traced large quantity orders and ensured every item meets desired requirements.
• Managed labours and supervisors in different sites, and increased productivity by giving out tasks as per each individual eligibility, and tracked accomplishments daily. And demonstrated difficult tasks to supervisors; and workers.
• Investigated and diagnosed multiple technical and operational issues on weekly basis, then proposed solutions.
• Arranged inspections with consultant and ensured every finished task is 100% documented.
• Issued monthly invoices to maintain cash flow for the company, such as in Al-Zahoor compound project that worth 15M+ SAR in mechanical works.
• Negotiated with suppliers, and vendors to get the best prices possible and to keep tracking market prices on weekly basis.
• Led rapid projects; using design, calculation, installation, testing and commissioning; ofkitchen hood, fresh air fan, exhaust fan, new air conditioning units, air curtains, and firefighting system, as in South Street restaurant.
• Calculated firefighting, irrigation, drainage, water supply systems, and chose the right pumps for the desired demand considering 3 important things, major, minor losses, and on-site reliability.
• Faced lots of challenges in this project such as more than 80% of the systems, AC units, pumps, pipes, drawings, are ancient and out of date.
• Executed maintenance; and renovation challenges in university buildings; considering lowest cost possible; and acceptable quality to maintain monthly budget; and increase revenue.
• Arranged between staff, students safety, and educational process on daily basis; to prevent any obstacles; nor disturbance for the facility.
