• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports, including variance analysis (actual vs.
budget/forecast) and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and
timeliness.
• Ensure the financial reporting is compliant with Group policies and IFRS standards and aligned with
Lesaffres global reporting framework.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to gather, validate, and consolidate budget inputs in
line with group guidelines and timelines.

• Perform accurate and timely general ledger account reconciliations monthly, ensuring all entries are
complete and properly supported.
• Prepare detailed monthly balance sheet schedules, ensuring all balances are well-documented,
substantiated, and compliant with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures during the
reconciliation and reporting processes.

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in
full compliance with IFRS.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including intercompany
eliminations and foreign currency translations.
• Prepare IFRS-compliant disclosures and notes to the financial statements, ensuring clarity,
completeness, and accuracy.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a portfolio of clients
across various industries, in accordance with PwC audit methodology and IFRS.
• Perform audit testing of financial statement line items, including cash, receivables, payables,
revenue, expenses, and other key accounts.
• Obtain, examine, and document audit evidence to support audit conclusions and ensure
compliance with auditing standards (ISA) and IFRS.
