 Carryout fixed equipment inspection that includes pressure vessel, piping, storage tanks, wellheads, pipelines, pressure relief devices etc. following API, ASNT, NACE, NBBI, ISO and other codes, standards and guidelines.
 Successfully manage the inspection for piping, vessel and tanks, prepare formal reports and provide necessary inspection and repair recommendation

 Installation of sand and corrosion monitoring probe, frequently monitoring, reporting and review sand & corrosion probe data through IDMS, assessment of fluid analysis and lab test data and applying corrosion control and mitigation technique with chemical treatment
 Perform failure analysis on corroded and failed components. Review and recommend engineering solutions for failures and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
 Resolved several integrity and reliability issues related to fixed equipment utilizing various analytical tools to achieve zero accident.
 Work as a local technical authority (LTA) for Chevron Bangladesh for Inspection, materials and corrosion program

 Development and optimization of an effective Asset Integrity Management program that includes API 570 Piping inspection, API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection, API 653 storage tanks Inspection, API 580/581 Risk Based Inspection, AUT/ C Scan inspection, API 576 Pressure Relief Device Inspection, Flare Stack inspection, Wellhead, support and structure Inspection, Cathodic Protection system, Pipeline Smart pigging & direct assessment, corrosion engineering and mitigation for all the fixed equipment
 Development, review and execution of inspection plans to ensure the optimum reliability, availability and mechanical integrity of all the static equipment assets per company guideline, API, ASME, NACE codes and standards
 Carries out routine-based inspection, turn around and shutdown inspection, develop work pack, coordination and communication with the team, leading the inspection personnel during inspection and repair activities.
 Purchasing materials, managing service contractors and provided support and technical direction for repairing and testing of piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks, Insulations, heat exchangers and other fixed equipment assets

 Frequently attending in different type of meetings, seminar, forums etc. and providing presentation and valuable inputs for the required topics

 Developed and Implemented of RBI program for all Chevron Bangladesh Fixed equipment assets which includes piping, Pressure vessels Storage Tanks, Pressure Relief Devices and Pipelines
 Developed asset register for all the static equipment assets and uploaded them into the RBI Information Data Management System (IDMS) Software (T-OCA, Vision) that includes more than 4000 piping circuits, 350 Pressure Vessels, 20 storage tanks, 13 Pipelines, 500 PRDs and 90 Fluid circuits.
 Performed RBI assessment and calculation into the IDMS to generate the overall risk, probability and consequence assessment.
 Run Plant Integrity review with the analysis of field inspection report to calculate the corrosion rate, remaining life, MAOP etc. and then to establish task master and next inspection interval
 Analyzing inspection data, performing fitness for service calculation, do plant integrity review and generate task master, update ITPM and integrity operating windows and managing inspection report into RBI IDMS software (TOCA/Vision)
 Providing guideline and direction to the NDT Inspector and RBI Engineers to perform risk based and routine-based inspection

 Performing P2P, OTD, OTP, OTMR, analyses procurement requirements and selects the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practices, and experience
 Plans, organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFQ, RFP, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding clients on process
 Analyses, negotiates and prepares contractual agreements, ensuring appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests
 Chairs bid evaluation committees, ensures the integrity of the competitive process, facilitates bidder debriefings, and exercises appropriate judgment and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information
 Select potential suppliers, evaluate bid proposals and issue related Purchase Orders

 Develop Equipment Part List (EPL) and enter JDE & e-SAR (Electronic Stock Authorization Request) for SERIP Stage 1 sub process
 Develop Standard Part List (SPL) and enter into JDE and e-SAR
 Cleansing and reviewing the existing data of the warehouse through JDE and e-SAR
 Building Item Master details by researching and communicating with O&M personnel
 Controlling of spare parts through JDE Asset Management and advice to warehouse personnel to control the spare parts movement by following the rules of ISPM system
 Assessment and develop ROP and ROQ for Spare Parts and enter into e- SAR system
