During my time as a mechanical engineer, I got the chance to work for Al Taif, a company that specializes in lifts and steelworks. I worked as a team member to implement lean manufacturing concepts to boost productivity and maximize efficiency. I worked closely with my coworkers to pinpoint areas where we might enhance quality, cut down on waste, and streamline operations. We were able to cut lead times and improve throughput by using these techniques, which allowed the business to save a lot of money. Overall, Al Taif allowed me to obtain significant mechanical engineering experience and refine my grasp of how to use lean manufacturing principles to enhance operations.
