• Studying Middle East and North Africa market needs for Training courses and Recruitment services, and searching for possible opportunities.
• Developing online surveys for individuals & organization business needs and analyzing them, to obtain weakness and strengths, to help in building strategic plan of the company.
• Connecting with international training courses providers like NEBOSH, Cambridge International Collage and IBTA to make partnership or take an affiliation to provide their course to our clients.
• Supervising on company Marketing plans and finds method to reduce the cost.
• Developing & supervising social media marketing campaigns for companies.
• Searching for mechanisms to reduce the cost in all company departments.
• Developing IT systems for company to make the work more efficient
• Find the ways to take advantage of social media in increasing company sales.
• Increase the company’s involvement with existing client.
• Developing websites for the companies with interactive interfaces.
• Developing training courses as per the skills gabs of the jobseekers inside Jordan and Syria.
• Developing automated marketing methodology to attract new employers in many GCC countries, to achieve at least 3 daily new employees request
• Following with National Examination Board of Health and safety (Nebosh) CPI, (course provider interface).
• Following up with international Business Training association U.S.A and facilitating prometric tests.
• Developing local management system for trainees and increasing company’s involvement with existing clients.
• Designing attendance certificates for trainees.
• Suggesting new training course to solve some skills gaps for jobseekers.
• Developing promoting email shots for training course to the right segment of trainees.
• Managing media campaign on facebook and another social media channels.
Contract to Develop System for managing the clinics and pharmacies.
Major subjects: Advanced Digital Design, Real Time Embedded Systems, Modern Control System, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Computer Interfacing, Power Electronics and Data Communication.
