Engineering, optimizing, mapping, and documenting the operational business processes in the areas of HR, Administration, Finance, Security, Procurement, …etc. The project aims to automate these business processes using BPMS into the internal portal of STC.
• Collect & Analyse business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows.
• Identify candidate processes for re-design; prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information, and suggest a recommended course of action.
• Manage modelling of processes, policies and procedures (P&P) and the related Operations documentation on Aris BPM tools (Architect & Designer 10.0).
• Ensure all processes flows, policies, and procedures are updated and approved on a timely manner by internal operations and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business sponsors to promote BPM capability and adoption through the enterprise; work to set-up BPM reviews, track project life cycle metrics and drive for continual improvement.
• Support the sub-division BPM leads in establishing their practices and ensure successful design reviews.
• Provide expert advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions; identify and provide preliminary costs of potential options.
• Provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information, process and redundancies.
• Provide expert advice on and/or assist in implementing the new processes and help the development teams to understand clearly the business requirements, in addition working closely with quality team to ensure all requirements are applied correctly.
• Supervise the Document workflows, data models, forms, and business rules

Leading the streamwork of Business Processes & Organization structure which aims to define in details how to plan, build and operate business processes within Ooredoo operating companies. Defining in details the ‘to be’ operational processes for UNIFY program. This includes documenting the Processes and Procedures of the Delivery team, defining the Service Level metrics, RACI matrix, and governance model. Also, I worked on validating the IT maturity assessment project (Processes & Capabilities) with Accenture, in addition to manage the eTOM & ITIL business processes in in the operational assurance area.
• Defining in details the “To Be” processes for designing and operating the new telecom network / IT infrastructures that will be applied in Ooredoo operating companies. The new infrastructure called UNIFY and depends mainly on NFV, SDN, and public cloud technologies.
• Defining the SLAs, OLAs, organization structure, RACI matrix, and governance model for each process to match with industry best practices, Ooredoo Strategy and to fit with the new technologies
• Defining the training needs for the staff to match with new technologies and structures
• Defining the NOC-SOC transformation plan which includes: business processes, metrics, and structure
• Managing the IT maturity assessment (processes & capabilities). This project aimed to assess the maturity of processes and capabilities in IT departments at 10 mobile operators belong to Ooredoo Group. ITIL was taken as reference, and the areas of assessment are: vision and governance, process activities, technology, and organization structure. The scope was 12 ITIL processes & 5 main capabilities
• Managing eTOM & ITIL requirements project for processes in the operational efficiency area (Assurance processes). eTOM mapping & ITIL best practices
Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all telecom related works at site, and estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all telecom related works.
