Designing, managing & monitoring LAN & WAN connections.
Designing, implementing, & enforcing domain policies.
Design & maintain an acceptable level of security.
Maintain a very high level of availability for all IT services.
Responsible to manage IT infrastructure, servers, and services for country (2 divisions, 14 site).
Automate and simplify IT operations for IT staff.
Supervise IT support team.
Transfer management requirements and needs into working IT systems.
Find new IT solutions to improve business.

Designing, Managing, Maintaining & Implementing Domain Environment.
Designing, Managing, Maintaining & Implementing Network Environment (LAN, WAN).
Designing, Managing, Maintaining, Implementing & Enforcing Policies.
Design, Implement & Maintain an acceptable level of security.
Second Level Support for Hardware & Software problems.
Responsible to manage infrastructure for 13 site.
Managing 30+ windows server with about 400 client computer.
First level support for software and hardware issues.
Format & prepare new computers.
Provide support by phone, email, remotely, and physically.
