- Locating, Searching and attracting customers/ vendors for target Sales.

- Giving ideas, Suggestions & Recommendation on weekly sales Meetings.
- Responsible to be in teach with Jubaili Bros Regions, Stock Department and Service Department.
- Customer follow-up for Belling and collection process in a customer Friendly environment.
- Prepare Service & Product level agreements as per Jubaili Bros Procedures.
- Keeping customer Database up to date.
- Keeping update Hire fleet.

- Preparing and Managing FMCC (Soft/ Hard) Copies lease agreements for the office and staff house building.
- regular checking Vehicles Log book, vehicle fuel and oil reports with running hours.
- Prepared FMCC main office staff attendance sheet and at the end of Month preparing attendance summary report.
- Handling complaints from other sections and coordinate with Top Management to resolve such issues either through meetings or disciplinary procedures and actions.
- Responsible for managing and keep update FMCC Administration filing system.
- Arranged Short time appointments with client.
- Making plans for internal and external environment of FMCC.
