Direct quality activities at Professional Excellence Department to ensure management goals and objectives are met
➢ Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
➢ Review and approve quality procedures and templates to ensure compliance with the Mashroat Quality requirements
➢ Recommend actions to project personnel to correct observed quality deficiencies
➢ Represent Mashroat during quality assurance internal and external audits
➢ Identify quality problems, initiate documented actions and verify implementation of solutions
➢ Manage Mashroat corrective action system
➢ Train quality personnel assigned to the project
➢ Supervise and participates in the project auditing and monitoring program
➢ Develop Procedures, Processes and Templates for Professional Excellence Department
➢ Lead the Stage Gate Process and Quality Management system updates
➢ Facilitate the Stage Gate and Quality Management workshops and participate in the Knowledge Transfer program
➢ Initiate continues improvement projects of all Quality Management System elements

Supervise the construction activities to insure the delivery of works complying with the customer's requirements and international standards

 Prepare the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
 Prepare The Quality Control Plan (QCP)
 Cooperate with the construction manager to prepare the Method of Statement of works
 Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
 Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
 Oversee the Preparation of non-conformance reports and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions
 Assist the construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
 Coordinating with the Independent Testing Laboratory to perform tests on materials on and off site.

 Quality control of construction and finishing
 Supervision of sub-contractors’ works.
 Assist the project manager to prepare invoices and MPRs.

 Maintaining the Quality of construction and maintenance works of the facilities and irrigation nets; In Kodana region which contains five dams and six irrigation nets. (Trenches, irrigation canals)
 Structural design of buildings and facilities for the Department of irrigation
 Structural design of culverts
 Soil investigation in preparations for a gravity dam project.

Supervising construction works for residential and commercial buildings.
