CONSULTANT COMPANY :DAR AL HANDASAH
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
LAYING & DESIGN OF STORM WATER LINE FOR BUS RAPID TRANSIT (BRT) SYSTEM UNDER
ARRIYAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (ADA, MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT), KING ABDUL AZIZ
ROAD (11+095 KM), AL IMAM AL SHAFIEE ROAD (4+970 KM) AND KHALEED IBN WALEED
ROAD (5+825 KM) RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare the design shop drawing and its implementation at site as per approved shop drawings.
* Work successfully within a team environment and communicate effectively with other team
members and Consultant.
* Supervision of architectural Hardscape & Softscape design.
* Supervision of infrastructural network such as Storm drainage, Sewer and irrigation.
* Tracking and maintaining project schedule as per site progress.
* Makes decisions independently on technical problems faced by site engineers.
* Prepare shop drawings of Storm Water Line Alignment, Slope, Manhole Location and Profile with
all details.
* Technical Meeting with Client Consultant Regarding Design Approval And Site Implementation.
* Design of Catch Basin location, Connection to Storm Water Line as per the Road Layout with all
details and Tables for Site GFC Drawings.
* Preparation of Site Modification of SWL and Catch Basin due to existing Utilities at Site.
* Visiting Site and Consulting with Site Engineer & Road Surveyor for the different difficulties faced
at site for the construction of SWL & Catch Basins Installation due to existing utilities.
* Preparing & Supervising of As-built Drawing of Storm Water Line for Client Submission and
Approval.

CONSULTANT COMPANY :DAR AL HANDASAH
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
COMMUNITY BUS STOP (CBS) STATION WITH ROAD CLOSURE PROJECTS UNDER ROYAL
COMMISSION OF RIYADH CITY (RCRC) RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.
THERE ARE TOTAL 108 ROAD CLOSURE.
Responsibilities:
Responsible For Design of All the 108 CBS Road Closure Design And Supervision including
Site Supervision.
Each CBS Road Closure has the Following Design Criteria which Include
* Provide quality control for design, graphics and supervise the preparation of landscape shop
drawings.
* Lead technical design work of Hardscape & Softscape.
* Project management, coordination and execution of work as per approved shop drawings.
* Attend meetings with Client, Consultant and coordination with other disciplines throughout all
project stages.
* Plan the execution of of all civil related works and coordinates the works with electrical and other
discipline.
* Meeting with Landscape vendors in each division and coordinate on budgets and approval material.
* Perform general drafting work such as site plan and working sketches.
* Prepare hardscape & softscape shop drawings having Service Road, Side Walk, Directional
Tactile, all types of Car Parkings, Steps, Car Access Ramps, Green Area, Trees Plantation Area,
Shrubs etc.
* Storm Water Line Design With catch basin to Drain Storm Water.
* Electrical Light Pole Installation.
* Irrigation Line for Providing Water To Plantation

Salman Al Farsi Park (Both North & South Block)
Responsibilities:
* Landscape work (Hardscape & Softscape) Design Work and its implementation at site as per
standard.
* Project management, coordination and execution of work as per approved shop drawings.
* Storm Water Line Design for Park and its adjoining area to drain storm water.
* Barefoot Area Design for the Play area of the park.
* Kodama Hanging Cage construction design
* Group Seesaw construction design of the park.
