As a Planning manager I had a broad range of tasks. My main responsibilities;
- Planning & Project Control: I developed Level 4 Resource and cost loaded plan by Primavera P6. (it was the Best Plan between over 30 subcontractors - 5000 Lines). I prepared Variation Order in case of Changes in Work Scopes. I prepared daily project measurement system to follow work progress every day for Uran & Subcontractor IPC’s. I designed formats for Monthly, Weekly, Daily Reports and IPC’s. I designed project animation by NavisWorks (6D Method).
I took care of the planned work packages and the survey of actual works to ensure our project are executed according to the expectation of our clients. I prepared many method statements for execution works. I prepared Extension of time request and necessary documents.
- Cost Control: I designed cost control method to optimize actual work’s cost and planned cost (EVM). And also I was a contract responsible for subcontractor’s Monthly IPC’s preparation, controlling.
- Reports: I prepared deviation reports to compare planned, actual and deviation report for delivered packages and not delivered packages to control their affect to project baseline dates.
Developed dashboards to control delays, cost foreseen, machinery and human resource. Prepared 3 weeks look ahead and daily project progress for client.
- Meetings: Attend to the meetings, which involve discussions of any matters, which could affect the schedule
with the Client & Construction team. I prepared weekly PowerPoint presentation for client and stakeholders.
