I am currently working at Sanima Bank in the Operations Department. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth execution of daily banking operations. My tasks include overseeing transaction processing, managing customer service operations, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Currently working at Sanima Bank Limited, in capacity of Assistant (corporate position) placed under operation department at New Baneshwor Branch of Kathmandu with following responsibilities.
• Deliver quality service while carrying out transactions related to cash for customers
• Cash /Cheque deposit
• Cash Withdrawal & salary transfer
• Cash loading and daily cash reconciliation of ATM
• INR/FCY cash sales/purchase
• Travel card sale
• Preparing and submitting all reports (BOP, FEER, monthly report, INR report etc)
• Escalate customer complaints for resolution and non recurrence of it
• And many more when required
I am Mohammad Raza Mikrani, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, completed in 2021. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in business principles and management practices, which I have further enhanced through practical research experience. During my BBA program, I conducted a comprehensive research project titled "Impact of Reward on Job Satisfaction in Nepalese Commercial Banks." This project allowed me to delve into the critical relationship between employee rewards and their job satisfaction levels within the banking sector in Nepal.
