Warehouse Management
Designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse.
Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from Supplier and production.
Providing error free services of receipt, storage, issue and transfer of Raw Materials & Packaging Materials with optimum utilization of resources.
Storing of the finished goods inside the warehouse received from production and dispatch as per customer / supply chain requirement.
Maintaining master calibration plan in warehouse for Calibration of Balances, Stamping of Balances, Temperature Data Logger, etc.
Managing the effective pest control in warehouse to avoid wastage of products.

Inventory Management
Efficiently using inventory management system and procedure for the components and inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the targets.
Implementing inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, keeping tab on slow-moving items and achieve reduction in inventory management cost.
Maintaining storage areas and arranging infrastructure to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Conducting the perpetual/annual stock audit by account department or external CA.
Preparing of production requisitions and stock transfer order as per MRP requirement.

Logistics/ Material Management
Taking up timely supply chain/ sales team orders by checking the materials availability in time and co-coordinating with the production & quality team for timely delivery.
Coordinating with the Purchase Department, Suppliers and Transporters for the timely arrival of the materials.
Controlling the Inbound & Outbound Logistic Operation (GRN, Dispatches, Order Processing, Stock Analysis and Freight Analysis) for imported material and proper packaging for new product.
Ensuring outbound logistics control for cost & on time delivery through proper management of transporters and courier companies.
To maintain an inventory of all tools and orders new/replacement equipment as per requirement.
To oversee the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
For managing the efficient receipt and storage of raw materials, packaging and finished goods as per Corporate Policies, Procedures and Service levels.
To maintain fleet of delivery trucks and material handling equipments in running order.
To develop optimal route plans and productivity of delivery trucks including the availability of truck capacities through preventive maintenance / hiring for contingency.
Proactively plan for supply of drivers and to this end maintain active contact with HR for developing a pipeline for drivers.

Quality Control
To ensure that all required quality control processes are maintained.

Ensuring smooth functioning of all Stores functions from Receipts to storage and dispatch of finished product.
Ensuring proper and timely receipts (unloading/documentations/physical checks).
Ensuring timely movement of goods in respective cold/dry stores.
Ensuring proper storage/stacking and space management in all stores with proper temperature records.
Ensuring timely and correct material issues to Production with First in First Out and batch management and correct documentation.
