Warehouse Management
Designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse.
Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from Supplier and production.
Providing error free services of receipt, storage, issue and transfer of Raw Materials & Packaging Materials with optimum utilization of resources.
Storing of the finished goods inside the warehouse received from production and dispatch as per customer / supply chain requirement.
Maintaining master calibration plan in warehouse for Calibration of Balances, Stamping of Balances, Temperature Data Logger, etc.
Managing the effective pest control in warehouse to avoid wastage of products.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Inventory Management
Efficiently using inventory management system and procedure for the components and inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the targets.
Implementing inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, keeping tab on slow-moving items and achieve reduction in inventory management cost.
Maintaining storage areas and arranging infrastructure to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Conducting the perpetual/annual stock audit by account department or external CA.
Preparing of production requisitions and stock transfer order as per MRP requirement.
planning by co-ordination with Purchase Department and QC.
Monitoring of shop floor planning as per MRP schedule.
Creating of daily as well as monthly production output reports.
To ensures adequate inventory control of materials and products in accord with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy.
To develop and implement inventory control procedures.
To ensure service levels of RM, PM, Intermediates to production unit as per plan.
To ensure appropriate norms for finished goods storage on bays and pallets to facilitate FIFO deliveries and order picking.
Update and move inventory into production area.
Logistics/ Material Management
Taking up timely supply chain/ sales team orders by checking the materials availability in time and co-coordinating with the production & quality team for timely delivery.
Coordinating with the Purchase Department, Suppliers and Transporters for the timely arrival of the materials.
Controlling the Inbound & Outbound Logistic Operation (GRN, Dispatches, Order Processing, Stock Analysis and Freight Analysis) for imported material and proper packaging for new product.
Ensuring outbound logistics control for cost & on time delivery through proper management of transporters and courier companies.
To maintain an inventory of all tools and orders new/replacement equipment as per requirement.
To oversee the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
For managing the efficient receipt and storage of raw materials, packaging and finished goods as per Corporate Policies, Procedures and Service levels.
To maintain fleet of delivery trucks and material handling equipments in running order.
To develop optimal route plans and productivity of delivery trucks including the availability of truck capacities through preventive maintenance / hiring for contingency.
Proactively plan for supply of drivers and to this end maintain active contact with HR for developing a pipeline for drivers.
For introduction and implementation of world class systems including ERP.
Quality Control
To ensure that all required quality control processes are maintained.
Responsible for the calibration control of all production tools per governing directives of HSEQ.
Coordinating with Production, Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

Business Performance

Ensuring smooth functioning of all Stores functions from Receipts to storage and dispatch of finished product.
Ensuring proper and timely receipts (unloading/documentations/physical checks).
Ensuring timely movement of goods in respective cold/dry stores.
Ensuring proper storage/stacking and space management in all stores with proper temperature records.
Ensuring timely and correct material issues to Production with First in First Out and batch management and correct documentation.
Ensuring timely issue of finished product to sales vans/outside.
Ensuring timely and correct loading of exports/Local with proper documentation.
Ensuring immediate processing/posting of all finished products through work orders.
Ensuring timely and correct monthly stocks for all locations, with timely reconciliations.
Ensuring all reports is updated timely.
Ensuring weekly update to all relevant departments including Management on slow/dead inventories.

Ensuring overall availability of all Inputs for internal customers for timely production/packing.
Ensuring all maintenance of department processes/procedures as per ISO/HACCP.

To monitor sales figures (MIS) vis-à-vis forecast and interprets trends to facilitate planning.
Accountable for Store Administration and commercial transactions.
Establishing relations and networking with customers through high standards of customer service.
Responsible for recruitment, induction, training & monitoring of supervisors & team members.
Managing overall accounting activities including preparation of cash / bank books, general ledger and finalization of all books of accounts.
To send all the financial reports to corporate office on a monthly basis.

Purchase/ Supply Chain/inventory control
Ensure Optimum Inventory levels of stocks to achieve maximum cost saving.
Ensure availability of stocks to meet the sales targets with proactive approach.
Using strictly FIFO and FEFO Techniques.
Getting the deliveries checked, counted in a systematic manner.
Manage and coordinate with suppliers closely on purchases, service standards and time schedule.
Proper documentation of Purchase Order Preparation, Good Receipt Notes (GRN), Invoice Generation and Expiry Check Table.
Monthly Inventory Analysis, tracking & Reconciliation.
Stock replenishment takes place regularly.
Comprehensive support for all types of purchase orders, deliveries, invoicing etc.
Coordinating uniform display across all stores - Window Displays - In store Displays.
Computerized Plannograms per store.
Ensure all sales opportunities are maximized through effective use of Visual Merchandising methods.
Product development and plan layouts depending on new lines and seasons.
Exhibit & promote high standards of Visual Merchandising.
Prepare and analyze Monthly Sales Report, key performance indices, Purchase Report, stock ledger and expenses report.
Managed AMC’s (Annual Maintenance Contract) and Prevention Maintenance.
Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation standards, operating procedures and practices thereof.
Avoid shrinkage and theft.
Regularly check of fire equipments.
