Duties and Responsibilities:
To play a vital role in formulating monthly Raw Materials Demand plan for plant along with necessary logistical & operational plans.
To assist in implementing plans in functional level in accordance with production schedule, RM usage ratio, RM availability considering RM in pipeline to ensure smooth production.
Facilitate co-ordination with Production Managers & International Operation Support Managers to fix up shipment schedule of RM as per requirement based on plant capacity & sales target.
Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock level.
Coordinate with Import dept. in selecting suppliers in terms of quality, cost, time & delivery requirements.
Work as Planning & Logistic Coordinator with SSG Management, International Operations Support Managers and Plant Operations Management to manage adequate levels of supply in pipeline to support operations.
Maintain liaison with Port authority, Customs & Shipping agent to ensure timely dispatch of imported raw materials.
Prepare Daily Stock Position synchronize with relevant production report.
Carry out Quarterly Inventory of RM and submit report to SSG Management along with Stock reconciliation report considering handling loss, moisture loss and process loss and take initiative & corrective measures to reduce the losses.
Follow up & coordinate with Shun Shing International Trading for transaction of cement RM with various company & Prepare Materials Receiving Report (MRR/GRN).
To calculate Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) of total supply chain & logistics system to make an effect of positive financial impact.
Responsibilities:
• Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between the sales executives and their customers;
• Maintaining customer records;
• Keeping records of visits and sales;
• Taking, progressing and monitoring orders;
• Processing invoices and accounts;
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers;
• Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
• Assist GM (Administration) for Planning, scheduling & allocation of office transport
• Provide support to build up relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.
