 Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
 Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving,
cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
 Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
 Plan, direct, manage and actively participate with hands-on approach, technical project management for
multiple development projects, managing cross-functional teams.

Supervise the technician team to accomplish daily engineering tasks.
 Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge
of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors;
soliciting observations from operators.
 Supporting management of Department Operations and Engineering Budgets.
 Assists in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenance programs.
 Helps establish priorities for total property maintenance needs.
 Assists in managing the physical hotel including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water
treatment, electrical and life safety systems.

Diagnoses and troubleshoot malfunctions of small arms, infantry weapons, and towed artillery.
 Inspect small arms to determine serviceability and condition of repairs necessary.
 Repair small weapons by replacing obsolete parts and/or assemblies. And Observe rules and regulations to
ensure all safety and physical security standards are followed

Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
 Management of material resources & budget.
 Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do Certain work.
