- Tackling and overcoming any supplying challenges faced with the assigned project
- Leading and supervising procurement officers.
- Source materials from local and international market
- Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure that company are exploring all available payment options
- Process Purchase Orders with the appropriate international commercial terms (INCOTERMS) and specifications
- Select Suppliers / Sub-Contractors and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, deliveries,
terms and service.
- Maintain complete purchase records and pricing in the system
- Managing of dispatch operations and all related reporting requirements to the Supplier/Client and higher
management.
- Consider all potential value for money solutions including outsourcing, strategic alliances and self-performance where
appropriate

- Source materials from local and international market
- Select Suppliers / Sub-Contractors and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, deliveries, terms and service.
- Provide VALUE ENGINEERING Solutions to Projects Team.
- Submitting specification, samples / alternates in line with all the project requirement for approval. ( Dubai Green, Dubai Municipality & Dubai Civil Defense Authority ETC )
- Build the best procurement strategy in order to select a bidder
- Maintain complete purchase records and pricing in the system
- Source for new suppliers when needed
- Managing of dispatch operations and all related reporting requirements to the Supplier/Client and higher management.
- Provides assistance to Project Manager wherever needed
- Process Purchase Orders with the appropriate international commercial terms (INCOTERMS) and specifications

- Research potential suppliers, vendors and service contracts in local and international market for required materials and products
- Verify and then compare the Techno-commercial proposals from suppliers
- Submit Pre -Qualification for the best supplier / subcontractor and get approval from the consultant.
- Maintain complete purchase records and pricing in the system
- Plan inventory levels and manage accordingly with consideration to lead times
- Avoid overstocking by managing slow-moving inventory
- Assist in managing and following up overseas order and deliveries
- Dealing with claims to suppliers for defectives/missing items
- Supervises Logistics Coordinators on a day-to-day basis
- Managing of dispatch operations and all related reporting requirements to the Supplier/Client and higher management.
- Provides assistance to Project Manager wherever needed
- Expedite materials delivery in order to make sure project schedules are followed
- Ensure suppliers are registered with appropriate project authorities
- Hold monthly meeting to update team on performance, review of problems/solutions and future plan.

- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and order
- Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
