Regional Management Team
- Coordinate with Area Sales Managers, Marketing and Senior Management and other segment managers in ORIA and BASF EB organization to assure target sales, gross profits, and contribution margin objectives are achieved for the segment.
- Company`s representative for ARAMCO, SABIC and Royal Commission. (Approvals, Technical Services and Inspection)
- Develop and execute business plans required to position BASF as the number 1 chemical company
- Establish market database and reports for the company. Also, analyze the collected market data bases. Recommend appropriate strategies to explore opportunities.
- Maintaining and developing excellent relationships with consultants, engineering companies, design institutes and government departments.
- Include the company into the Projects` Vendor List, and cooperate with projects manager and/or salesmen to secure the projects.
- Conduct presentations for: products, technical training, new product launch, marketing and technical seminars for customers and internally for the team.
- Develop and design - sometimes my self on Photoshop - the market product marketing tools and literatures, brochures, samples, pop ups, roll ups, technical presentations, application procedures, news releases and other sales tools to strength our market position.
- Do market survey to advice branches, sales force, and the marketing department on competitors’ new product(s) listing, news and promotions.
- Prepare and approve the project technical submittals and requirements.
- Marketing the products to different sectors.
- Prepare and manage the conferences and exhibitions.
- Conduct technical services and supports to all projects.
