* Introducing NTI (New to institute) customers to the organization and enrolling them for various courses offered by the institute.
* Primary target of registering new customers who desire to have a valid driving license in UAE
* Providing all the necessary information to the customers and opening their file in the RTA.
* Submitting regular reports to branch supervisor.
* Answering frequent telephonic calls and giving needful information to the customers.
* Maintaining the monthly report of the instructors and preparing their salary sheet.
* Undertaking all the responsibilities of the branch and keeping all the records of the transactions done.
* Scheduling the classes for the students and managing their tests from the roads and transport authority ( RTA ).
* Maintaining records in the files of all the activities and transactions done for the whole month
* Providing a dignified service to the customers in order to maximise the profitability.
