Resolve merchant and e-merchant issues, requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone call, site-visit, emails, and other communication channel in a timely and customer friendly manner to satisfy and retain them.
- Install and setup POS, and delivery at merchant’s premise.
- Provide merchant training of POS usage and card acceptance guideline.
- Troubleshoot issues related to POS and card acceptance promptly via on site visit or offsite instructions to maintain smooth operations of the POS machine.
- Maintain and deepen merchant relationships through various engagement activities as a tactic to retain and cross-sell them.
-Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone
-conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products.
-Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs, Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
-Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy.
-Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after lifechanging events.
